Construction of the 121 Cardigan Street project has completed, albeit a lot later than expected. Builder LU Simon has faced a number of challenges however settlements of all apartments has now completed, and common area amenities will be finished during 2026. The building draws on Carlton's heritage character to present a contemporary composition with strong connections to place.
