METIER3 holds an externally audited ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, having first developed an externally certified QMS in 2002. We have maintained and improved the system continuously thereafter.

In late 2025, our new QMS was re-certified for a further 3 years, with annual surveillance audits conducted by SAI Global.

A feature of our system is the integration of the software used within our practice – Harvest, Forecast, ClickUp, HappyHR and O365 along with bespoke software development to integrate the systems.
